What is "Offbeat Training?"

Just about every training syllabus covers the basics- lead conversion, objection handling, and best practices with buyers, sellers, and other conventional topics of brokerage. Offbeat training fills in the gaps with a comprehensive deep dive in the areas we virtually never see formalized training. Often, when things do get pear shaped, a good agent will keep the transaction together but the client is less inclined to recommend or refer them, often simply because of optics. Perhaps the most important benefit of the training is that it takes everyday occurrences in the industry and transforms those events into opportunities to cultivate client appreciation and loyalty.
