I won't bore you with the accolades. When the brokerage I founded was barely out of diapers, I was hit head on by the Great Recession and the devastating autism diagnosis of my son Gregory. We had just closed on our new home and welcomed our 4th child into the world, and suddenly all our plans were jeopardized by unforeseen events like bank failures and every parent's nightmare of a developmentally disabled child.
It got worse before it got better. A second child diagnosed on the autism spectrum, missed mortgage payments and divorce were next. What I did to build my firm to the top-selling independent in two counties despite my obstacles is a large part of what I have to share.

My Mission
If you're here, you probably want one or both of the following: more money, and a better work/life balance. You have probably also heard that despite whatever obstacles you face that there is a way to work smarter, scale, and love the life you've designed. But possibilities aren't roadmaps.
Yes, you can earn more, work less, and vastly improve the quality of your life. I've never met anyone who can do it alone. In Napoleon Hill's classic Think and Grow Rich, he calls a support network a Mastermind. All great achievers have one, and we are no exception. Great athletes, salespeople, professionals, and industry leaders all have some form of guidance, mentoring, setback resolution, and much more. In the real estate industry we often call it coaching, and that has been the start for virtually every high achieving broker or agent I have ever dealt with.
If you're a $50 million producer and want to scale to $100 million, I'm probably not your guy. But if you're a regular person who wants to create something special, or if you have personal challenges seeking a way through, we should talk.
